Tri-Board Student Transportation Services Inc (Hereinafter referred to as the “Consortium” or “Tri-Board”) is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Student Transportation Services for 623 Home-to-School Routes that operate in the Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, Prince Edward, and Hastings counties of Eastern Ontario. Tri-Board is a jointly controlled separate legal entity which administers the transportation requirements for the Limestone District School Board, the Hastings & Prince Edward District School Board, and the Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “Member School Boards”). The Consortium was established in September 2006 under the Corporations Act (Ontario). Tri-Board is accountable for safe, secure, and efficient transportation to our school communities in partnership with our member boards. Tri-Board transports approximately 21,600 students, on 645 school purpose vehicles, travelling 52,218 kilometres on a daily basis. |
